WHO IS ZRDF?

Zambian Rainbow Development Foundation (ZRDF) is governed by a Board of Trustees. The Board consists of a diverse group of individuals who serve as volunteers, from the community, development and private sector. The Board is responsible for overseeing the work of the Director.

The Director sits on the Board of Trustees as a representative of the implementing team. The Director, Mr Brandy Mungaila has vast experience in management positions within the Ministry of Agriculture at District level and most recently as the Director at ZRDF since 2013.  His experience includes; managing teams over more than twenty people, providing strategic direction, conducting trainings, supervising research, monitoring and evaluation activities as well as conducting performance appraisals for junior staff.  Brandy possesses  strong interpersonal skills  and is able to coordinate activities with various stakeholders. He has an MBA from Solusi University , a  BSc in Agriculture from the University of Zambia and a Diploma from the Natural Resources Development College.
