Brandy Mungaila holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Sciences from the University of Zambia. He also has a Masters of Business Administration from Solusi University in Zimbabwe.. Brandy worked as a Secondary School Teacher in the Ministry of Education for 12 years and later promoted as a Senior Agricultural Officer in Ministry of Agriculture for 2 years. Subsequently he was appointed as a Manager of a District Project spearheaded by an NGO called HODI funded by Baynards Zambia Trust (BZT). 

 

As a spin off from HODI and funded by BZT, ZRDF was founded in 2013 and Brandy was appointed and remains the Director of ZRDF operating in Mkushi and Luano Districts of Zambia.
